Diverse Hands
An Alumnus of National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, an Instructional Designer, A Special Educator inspired by Anthroposophy and a Parent fascinated by the richness of a Neurodivergent Mind; 'Will at Work' is a passionate outcome of personal experiences and deep realizations.
My dream is to build this initiative into a family that loves and laughs together, while doing fulfilling work that nourishes the soul.
A Montessori adult, a Special Educator and a Blogger by passion. I have worked, learnt and grown working with children and young adults for over 15 years. I love to indulge in handwork in my stolen time as it nourishes me and helps me heal from the day to day wear and tear of life. My love for handwork brings me to WAW.
An IT professional, passionate homemaker, proud mother, a self driven contributor and a hardcore optimist. I enjoy working with my hands, being resourceful with material and time and interacting with people from different walks of life. I see my association with 'Will at Work' as an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to society, while feeling personally fulfilled too.

WAW Design Studio
Our vibrant hand crafted creations make the act of gifting mindful and unique! We custom design based on audience, flavour of occasion and purpose of gifting. Be it a wedding memento, a festive gift or a corporate souvenir.
Will at Work Hands-on
We conduct workshops for families and organizations to get enrolled into the idea of handwork and provide consultancy to special schools and institutions towards vocational training and purposeful engagement.
WAW Events
Taking small steps towards weaving a nourishing community, WAW organizes events volunteered by families to come together, bond over games, music and food and spend some light hearted time. Also a safe space for children and young adults to expand their social world.
